The Far West Classic was the first event we ran 18 years ago. It's always great to start summer basketball off the first weekend of June in Kelso. This tournament typically draws 50+ teams from Oregon & Washington, with teams playing games at pre determined times against similar ability schools from the other state. Varsity will play will take place on both Saturday & Sunday, while jv teams will play on Saturday & frosh groups taking the court on Sunday. Lower level teams will play 3 games in 1 day (jv on Saturday & frosh on Sunday), to limit the hassles involved with getting younger players to summer tournaments.
